New Park at Olivia Beach, Phase 3
Our final phase which features a kids playground, grassy area, fire pit and benches is now almost complete. This can be accessed by walking east of the swimming pool, up the ocean viewing stairs and down what will be a serene, oyster shell pathway, leading to the park between where new homes will be built.
