Art of Lincoln City

It's an art-filled month here on the Oregon Coast! If you're visiting Lincoln City, check out the local creativity, and learn the heart of this wonderful beach town. During the month of January, a joyful comedy play on the woes of the technological age called "For Better" will be held at The Cultural Center, presented by Theatre West (a true treasure of Lincoln City). The play will be showing every Thursday-Saturday of the month with doors opening at 7pm, with one matinee showing on Sunday, January 21st, at 2pm. For more details, prices, and directions for acquiring tickets, visit this link, or call 541-994-9994.

If theater isn't your thing, check out our local gallery openings! Light refreshments and appetizers will be available. The Beachstone Gallery will be holding live music as well as a woodworking demonstration, and the Co-op gallery will have live music as well,

and a surprise art demonstration of their own! Both gallery openings are held from 5-7pm on Friday the 12th. No charge or tickets needed for entry. For further information on this event, call 541-557-8000.

If you'd like to make a night of both these wonderful events, don't fret! Check out the Co-op Gallery at 5pm, and walk right across the street to The Cultural Center to catch the play at 7! Whatever you decide, have a great winter vacation here on the coast!
