Lincoln City has 7 miles of deep, sandy beaches. And, right off the beach access from Olivia Beach are arguably the best tide pools along the coast.

Surfing

The Nelscott reef, located right in front of the Olivia Beach neighborhood, was recently the location of Oregon’s first ever professional surfing competition! Many vantages from Olivia Beach offer excellent viewing opportunities when big-wave surfing takes place at the reef.
