Casey's long-time interest in fine homebuilding began with his very first entrepreneurial endeavor, a contract painting service operated during his college years at the University of Puget Sound. After finding few homes displaying the attention to detail Casey expected from a home, he built his own. Once securing his Oregon real estate license, Casey quickly identified an important market void among Northwest coastal home buyers.
He realized that buyers were seeking more than a house with a view, but a community to go with it. Bella Beach, Casey's first community, redefined Oregon's coastal real estate market.
His continued commitment to quality, detail, and environment created a loyal group of customers, many of who were eager to follow Casey's bold visions, with the creation of Seabrook, an authentic beach town atop a well-situated bluff on the Washington State coast, and now once again with Olivia Beach in historic Nelscott.
